Code of Conduct

All members are to be treated fairly and equally. No one is exempt from this code.

The clan is a democracy and no action will be taken without a voting process.

Under no situation is a member to excessively rage, harass, or talk down to another player. In or outside the clan.

At any moment a member may be demoted or banned, permanently or temporarily, at the discretion of both the officers and leaders.

All new members must pass through the proper application and approval process.

The Admins and Mods of the forums are to be under advisement of the leaders, but have authority to delete and edit at their own discretion.

All officers are expected to fulfill their duty. If not they will be given a warning. Afterward demotion is allowed at the discretion of the leaders and vice-leader.

Members are expected to be open to contact by officers and leaders. Excessive lack of communication to clan officials, without officer notification, could result in dismissal from the clan.

Members are expected to be open to suggestions/recommendations from officers and leaders.

Members are expected to work with their clan, in and outside of games.

Members are expected to make a good name for Hope of Tragedy. Any member that fails to do so can be dismissed.

Members are expected to have fun, share ideas, and help the clan grow.
